Cultural Center Receives CPA Funding
At Town Meeting on April 12, Yarmouth voters overwhelmingly
showed their belief in a future for the Cultural Center
of Cape Cod by voting “yes” for Community
Preservation Act funding for up to $400,000. So thank
you Yarmouth voters, Founding Sponsors, Capital Campaign
donors, volunteers and supporters of all kinds! With
all your help, the Cultural Center has made a giant
leap towards completing renovations and officially opening
the building by Jan. 1, 2007! (see further details in
newsletter)
Last Call for Founding Sponsors Before New
Membership Program Begins
With CPA funding and the building renovation going into
its final phase, the temporary Cultural Center “Founding
Sponsor” program will soon be officially phased
out and replaced by a permanent membership program.
This will become the Center’s key source for sustaining
the building and its programs. Until then every first
time donor will be considered a Founding Sponsor and
will have their name permanently displayed in the completely
renovated building. Many donors take this opportunity
to make a gift in honor of special people in their lives
or in memory of a loved one. There is no minimum gift
amount to become a Founding Sponsor. Please send donations
to Cultural Center of Cape Cod at PO Box 118, South
Yarmouth, MA 02664 with pertinent information. Thank
you!
