Begin your Thursday mornings uniting your body and mind as Bettina guides you through a well supported 75 minute yoga practice. Participants will experience carefully orchestrated movements, well measured stretches and develop a natural quieting within. Through the continued practice of Hatha Yoga, one may discover improvement in flexibility and strength, feel less tension and stress and increase mental focus. This weekly practice will warm your heart, invigorate a compassionate attitude and energize the spirit center. Guided meditations and breathing exercises offered in each class.
Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. Please consider bringing a blanket, blocks and a strap if available. A yoga mat is necessary. Beginners encouraged and all levels welcome.
