Join us as we prepare easy recipes. Your child will cook dishes “hands-on” in a friendly and casual, chef supervised environment. Includes all supplies and food costs.
Monday-Fun with chicken!
We’ll be making homemade chicken soup from scratch, chicken stirred fried rice and fried chicken.
Tuesday-Fun with flat breads!
We’ll be making flat bread pizza, open faced flat bread grilled cheese and tomato soup, flat bread croque monsieur and flat bread apple pie.
Wednesday-Fun with pasta!
Homemade cheese crespelle, pappardelle with homemade meat sauce, and baked rigatoni and cheese.
This class meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.
This class is for kids ages 8-12 years old (flexible).
