Planned gifts benefit the Center and provide the donor with an opportunity to create a lasting legacy for future generations while maximizing the tax benefits of a donation.

Donors who make planned gifts by including the Center in their estate plans are eligible for membership in The Legacy Society, which provides a variety of benefits.

A bequest is one of the simplest ways to provide for the future of the Cultural Center of Cape Cod.

Many donors have found it possible to make significant gifts of cash, works of art, or other property through their wills. A bequest to the Center is deductible against estate and inheritance taxes. Advance planning can minimize these taxes and preserve more of the estate.

Donors can make a charitable gift using retirement assets, by naming the Center as a beneficiary.

This agreement between a donor and a trustee can provide fixed or variable income to meet the specific financial needs of an interim beneficiary. When this trust terminates, trust assets are passed to the Cultural Center of Cape Cod.
