SIMONEAU CULINARY ARTS CENTER

 

A commercial kitchen that serves many purposes, including teaching, catering, and collaborating with other organizations. Resident chef Joe Cizynski teaches classes, hosts special dinner parties, caters many of the Cultural Center events, and cooks for private parties on-site and off.

 

One excellent example of the chef and space's versatility is a collaboration with the Cape Cod Potters and their Soup Bowls for Hunger fundraiser to benefit the Family Pantry of Cape Cod. After the potters created hundreds of soup bowls, Chef Cizynski created two excellent soups in the Simoneau Culinary Arts Center, and ticket holders lined up to receive something artistic, delicious, and of great benefit to the community.
